Beautiful Sun

I want to meet a woman like the sun

That when I try to look at her, I lower my gaze,

Out of respect due to radiance of her beauty and resolve,

A woman that can be my support when I begin to falter,

A woman that sees my faults and accepts me for who I am,

Like the moon I rely on her to make me radiate,

With purity and dignity,

And the days where she may burn oppressively bright and hot,

I wish to be like the cloud that calms the winds and cools the earth,

Sooths the skin and melts the heart,

Producing rain, drizzling down slowly,

Landing upon a tree’s leaf softly,

Nurture nature, and sun light,

We shall together cover the Earth with life.
